"Trans-Flo Transfer System paid for itself with lower fuel cost
and wear-and-tear on our trucks"
Mark Jones, Jones & Sons, Washington, IN
Jones
& Sons operates three ready-mix plants in Washington and Vincennes in
southern Indiana and Lawrenceville, Illinois.
Jones first installed a TFC Transfer System in their Vincennes plant
in 1985. A short tirla period proved so convicing that it led president
Darrel Jones to install Trans-Flo equipment at the company's other plants
also.
"We use the TFC Transfer Systems mostly to move materials from our
storage silos to the overhead bulk bins for production. We also use
them to unload tanker trailers. We used to run the truck wide open for
about 45 minutes to unload.
"We
saved enough money with the TFC blower in fuel cost and wear-and-tear
on the truck alone to pay for the installation," Mark Jones said.
A TFC Transfer System consists of a feeder, one of five available motor
blowers from 10 to 60 hp, a power panel and optional equipment such
as Silencer Pak, hot air blower hose and dry bulk material handling
hose.
A Trans-Flo system can pay for itself quickly and then keep adding
to your profits. Begin taking the benefits of more productivity and
lower operating costs immediately. For more information, contact us
